Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.
Shipping Charges: From time to time we offer free shipping and we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of the product. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is there to accept and sign for the package when it arrives. Incase, the package is returned for undelivery, customer will be liable for the shipping and handling fee of $24.99.
Incase customer request delivery without signature, we will honor that, however, it is customers responsibility (Product Cost +S/H) to ensure that it is safe to do so, if the product was left at the premise by the carrier and for any reason customer did not receive it.
